Job Summary:

SBC Company is seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Team Leaders. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of medical representatives in the dermatology field. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales, fostering strong client relationships, and ensuring the successful promotion of our dermatological products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of medical representatives specializing in dermatology products.

2. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and objectives within the assigned territory.

3. Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members on product knowledge, selling techniques, and market trends.

4. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key healthcare professionals, clinics, and hospitals to promote product awareness and generate sales leads.

5. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth.

6. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and promotional activities.

7. Prepare regular reports on team performance, sales forecasts, and market insights for management review.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.

2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with a focus on dermatology products.

3. Proven track record of success in leading sales teams and achieving sales targets.

4. Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

5. Strong understanding of dermatology products, market dynamics, and customer needs.

6. Proficiency in MS Office applications.

7. Valid driver's license.
